National Honor Society

The Joe C. Hutcheson chapter of National Honor Society is a service organization dedicated to the principles of scholarship, leadership, service and character.  Membership is by invitation only.  The first criteria for membership is scholarship. Students must have a minimum 2.95 GPA; they will then be evaluated by the faculty on the other three principles.  Invitations will be extended to Juniors/Seniors who qualify in the fall.  Students who meet the qualifications in the second semester will be extended an invitation in February.  NHS Induction will be in the spring.
